Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please review our policy below:

Free Cancellation (100% Refund):

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund (50%):

Cancellations made 7–14 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Non-Refundable:

Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
No-Show:

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking amount will be forfeited.
Government/Force Majeure Restrictions:

In case of cancellations due to government restrictions (e.g., travel bans, lockdowns, natural calamities), no cancellation charges will apply. The booking amount can be used as credit for a future stay.
Early Departure:

In case of early departure after check-in, unused nights will be non-refundable.
